Lots of it. Plus, the more info you give me upfront, the more substantiated our briefing meeting can be. Don’t worry, I’m not going to look down on you if you haven’t decided on your brand’s personality yet - this is why I offer brand discovery workshops, after all. But before I draft a single word, I need to understand your ideal audience, differentiators, unique selling proposition and all kinds of other business fundamentals. Otherwise, my copy for you wouldn’t be genuine. It’s up to you to tell me upfront what you want and what you know so far and I’ll make sure to guide you through the process. Most likely, we’ll start the project with a long-ish questionnaire and a discussion about it. It’s all smooth sailing from there.

But I'll also be honest with you about what I can't do: if you're looking for a complete visual identity package, including custom illustrations, a mouth-watering colour palette, or a new logo, I'd rather bring in one of the talented web designers I know, to work with us, depending on the overall look & feel you're going for.
